The Project Management Interns will have an opportunity to learn the Project Coordinator role that supports Project Management teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned projects. They will focus on professionalism and Customer Service Excellence when working with all internal and external clients. Additionally, the intern will display a high degree of independent judgment and analyses to complete the responsibilities of this position.

This internship role is critical to the end user which are our patients. Quality, safety and on-time delivery is a must to be successful in this role!

The Role

  • Under direction from PM team co-ordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion

  • Attend and produce minutes and actions for internal client meetings/teleconferences/client visits and Audits to support PM team and understand full scope requirements to generate all required project documentation

  • Receive, monitor and manage client supplied label text/Randomizations, drug, components and materials and ensure delivery to internal functions as required

  • Manage inventory reporting and monitor and track client inventory in line with project requirements

  • Investigate and propose solutions for disputed invoices and effectively manage invoice queries to ensure timely resolution and payment

The Candidate

In order to be eligible for an internship at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a College or University and must have completed the Sophomore year in College

  • Must be an undergraduate student in science, business or related field of study

  • Eligible to legally work in the United States

  • Able to work full time (40 hours/week) for a 10-12 week period during months of June, July, August
