Distribution Project Coordinator

The Distribution Project Coordinator is responsible for the distribution of clinical supplies across all studies. The Distribution Project Coordinator is key to shipment processing and customer service in Distribution. Overall department engagement and support of creating a “Patient First” culture for the delivery of shipments OTIF.
Support Project Management to define study specific distribution needs.
Coordinate and dispatch shipments of clinical trial material to clinical sites.
Anticipate and rectify distribution problems, reporting findings back to PM & the client.
Own customer order pipeline (current orders and any backlog) including the responsibility to guide
Review Distribution Summary for conformance to Catalent Standards, escalate and query where required
Generate a Distribution Protocol/Summary Checklist for every Clinical Trial Material to be shipped in support of a clinical study.
Maintain the Distribution Summary Protocol/Checklist as requested by the client with appropriate approvals.
Ensuring that Study Drug is shipped in compliance with all applicable SOPs and in accordance with the customer approved study specific Distribution Summary Protocol/Checklist.
Participate in customer meetings, tours, audits and occasional off-site meetings related to distribution.
Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a GMP setting.
High School Degree required with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in GMP environment. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Incumbents will be required to have a high-level attention to detail while managing multiple projects and/or priorities under tight deadlines.
Negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills are required.
Strong project management and customer service skills are required.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet competing workplace demands and appropriately prioritize is required.
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a cGMP regulated environment is preferred
